The firm
Wraith Real Estate is the real estate practice of Wraith. It arranges debt for real estate sponsors, and works alongside Wraith Advisory on equity.
What we do
We arrange construction, bridge, permanent and mezzanine financing for developers, owner-operators and fund managers. We act for the borrower: we prepare the loan request, run the process with lenders and negotiate the terms through closing.
Most projects are financed with more than one layer of capital. When a project also needs preferred equity, joint venture equity or fund capital, that work is done by Wraith Advisory, so the sponsor deals with one group across the whole stack.
How the debt and the equity are handled
Wraith Real Estate arranges commercial real estate financing on behalf of borrowers. It is not a lender and does not make loans or loan commitments. All financing is subject to the lender’s underwriting and approval.
Wraith Real Estate is not a broker-dealer and does not offer or sell securities. Preferred equity, joint venture and LP equity, and fund interests are securities. Advice on raising them is provided by Wraith Advisory (Wraith Capital Advisory Services LLC), whose investment banking services are provided through Finalis Securities LLC, a broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a member of FINRA and SIPC.
Wraith Real Estate and Wraith Advisory are affiliated. Wraith Advisory and Finalis Securities LLC are separate, unaffiliated entities.
